Liz has worked in the tax preparation industry since 2003 and the tax representation industry since 2018. Her previous experience includes representing clients before the IRS with some of the most respected tax attorneys, CPAs, and enrolled agents in the Central Florida area. As an Enrolled Agent she understands the tax law has various programs available for taxpayers who need assistance to resolve their tax liabilities. However, the problem is many taxpayers cannot afford to get trustworthy and quality representation services to understand their options and protect their collection due process rights. Often, many taxpayers try to deal with the IRS directly and end up with confusion and frustration. The best solution for this problem is to make quality tax representation services accessible to low-income and middle-income taxpayers. In 2020, she formed Castro Tax Services to serve her community in the Central Florida. Since the start she knew her, mission was to create a place where you could be informed, get representation, and resolve your tax problems.

Liz Vanessa Castro is a federally-authorized tax practitioner who has technical expertise in the field of taxation and who is empowered by the U.S. Department of the Treasury to represent taxpayers before all administrative levels—examination, collection, and appeals—of the Internal Revenue Service. She has over ten years of experience in the tax industry. Her experience includes tax preparation, tax consulting, and representing clients with IRS problems. She is bilingual and speaks fluently in Spanish and English. You’ll find her to be dependable, on-time, hard-working, and accurate in her work. She graduated in 2012 with a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Phoenix. She earned her Enrolled Agent license with the U.S. Department of Treasury in 2018. She is an active member of the National Association of Enrolled Agents (NAEA). She prides herself on serving her clients and community. She enjoys teaching and spending time at the beach. She looks forward to serving and building long lasting relationships with all her clients. Liz and her family live in the Orlando area with their German Shepherd dog, Summer.
